 The Gore membrane mitts
used in FireGuard™ gloves are opaque mitts which allows moisture
vapor from the body inside the glove to escape freely - in essence,
it “breathes”. This “breathability factor” is important to whole
body comfort. Heat from the body transforms sweat into vapor and the
warmer temperature around the body drives the vapor outward to
cooler/ drier climates. Non- breathable and low breathable clothing
restricts moisture vapor movement out of clothing, increasing the
chance of becoming chilled in cooler climates or experiencing heat
stress in warmer climates. Gore membrane mitts are waterproof and
will increase your comfort over a wider temperature range by using
FireGuard™ gloves with Gore membrane mitts.

waterproof, breathable performance to keep you dry and comfortable.
